Leo energy is big and BOLD!

Coming to you from my front porch this morning, just out of bed! Lol

I’m in a thoughtful and internal space right now. So much is shifting and changing. The best practice I’ve found is to stay in a neutral place as much as possible, observing and feeling into each moment and then deciding if I want to respond or not.

Yes, you always have the choice to not respond at all by saying ‘no comment’. So freeing when you realize not everything requires your attention or energy! Another gift of the current Venus retrograde and Mars in Virgo which I speak to a bit in this video.
