Missive from my Higher Self...

when I asked what is most important to focus on today.

Dear Heart,

I know you’re bewildered and feeling a little lost. The Earth is working her way up to higher realms and as she rises, those who cannot go with her are falling all around you like birds being shot from the sky. Not only this, but they’re shouting lies as they fall. 

Make no mistake, you’re being bombarded with untruths about what’s important to focus your energy on. Let me tell you this, it’s not how tight your skin is. It’s not how much flesh you carry on your bones. It’s not how you look in a picture or a mirror. 

Your image is a fractal representation of your Soul’s light. It’s a living hologram that’s subject to the thoughts you carry in your mind. Your mind does carve out matter, but only when it’s steeped in love. The potions you buy, the foods you eat, the exertions you make are done from fear. And fear creates more things to fear. 

You must first rid yourself of all outside fearful influences. Any voice in your ear that’s not speaking love must go. Likewise, anything you place your eyes on. Do this for yourself as a loving gesture. 

After that, begin to work on the cyclical thoughts that run rampant in your mind. This will take some doing, dear one, because your physical brain has paths burned into it of hateful thoughts against your self. You must create new paths with new thoughts. Practice is your best friend. Practice everyday, all day, without fail.

Each hateful thought upon yourself requires an intervention from your heart. Bring loving energy from your heart chakra up to your mind. Imagine your brain steeped in pink rays of light. As your brain is infused, say to yourself: ‘Love is All, hate has no power here’.

Over time, you will feel yourself to be only love. You will completely forget how to hate upon yourself.

You are strong and persistent. You are wise and bold. This is your most important work to be done now.

I AM formed in love so it’s evident you’ll succeed.
