Hello dear ones,
How are you faring in these days leading up to our first Fall eclipse?
I’ve been working with bouts of vertigo almost daily for a month as we get closer and closer. The energy coming in now is quite intense!Â
Some days I’m left nauseous and off kilter for hours so I’m taking things slow and resting as much as I can.Â
I know there’s nothing ‘wrong’ with me.Â
I’m not telling myself stories about how my body may need medical attention, tests, scans, etc. That would be a waste of energy and only cause me suffering, which I’m not interested in in the slightest.Â
I know the less I resist, the faster the symptoms fade.
And… I’m actually excited about the shifts happening within me, symptoms and all, because I know this means soon I’ll see shifts for the better in my external world.Â
I’m looking to the North Node Lunar eclipse in Pisces on September 17th to bring in culminations that create new possibilities. And then, two weeks later, on October 2nd, the South Node Solar eclipse in Libra will bring in fated new beginnings coming to fill the space created at the Lunar eclipse.Â
These are just some of the larger cosmic energies we’re dancing with currently. And when we dance, instead of dig in our heels, we eventually go to wonderful new places. :)
Thank you astrology and benevolent planets for cueing the music!
With Mercury in Leo moving away from their square to Uranus in Taurus, we’re still leveling up our mental processes and how we perceive our every day experiences. Don’t forget, we’re in a Mercury ruled moon cycle this month so it does us good to pay attention to Mercury’s movements until the next new Moon.
Our minds can be a soothing guide through all the new sensations in this time of rapid change that’s greatly affecting our bodies. Â
Uranus is the higher mind working with Mercury, the lower dimensional human mind, to help us stretch in ways we’ve never experienced before in this lifetime.Â
We’re growing our ability to sit with fear of the unknown without going into old dysfunctional habits.Â
Self-soothing, peaceful thoughts on repeat will get you there.
We’ll also have a sextile between Mercury in Virgo and Mars in Cancer this week.
This is a tune up energy now that Mars has entered Cancer. Cancer invites us to take stock of our emotions.
With Mars here, we look at how our actions affect our emotions. Are they connected to our emotional well-being or do we knee jerk our way through life like a puppet from our wounded places?
Mars in Cancer asks us to physically connect in with our hearts. To check there before doing anything.
On Sunday the 15th, we’ll have Mars in Cancer squaring the Aries North Node and the Libra South Node. The Nodes are where the eclipses will take place next week, so this heart check is right on time.
And because the Aries/Libra axis speaks to us about me/we, we’re examining our actions even more closely in our relationships. Mars energy serves to wake us up out of our auto-pilot existence.
What needs to change in your interactions with others? If it’s not obvious to you now, the eclipses will usher in events that bring clarity.
Compassion for yourself and others as you navigate the next few weeks will help ease any suffering that may surface. We’re all doing the best we can in a time of massive reorganization.
Adjust your schedule to make room for more rest and less doing as you work with all this energy.
Resistance is futile and self-love is your best friend.
Going with the flow, Kimberly xo
I’d love to hear from you and how you’re holding up, messiness and all…
Your artwork is beautiful. I just sat here having a cup of tea really digesting it. It's such a treat when your emails arrive. They usually validate what I'm going through which I so appreciate!!!
